Services

We specialize in the supply and installation of frameless glass shower enclosures, hardware, and related accessories. Services are provided according to the scope described in your written proposal. Any changes or additions requested after acceptance may result in additional charges and scheduling adjustments.

Quotes & Deposits

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. A signed proposal and deposit may be required before we order materials or confirm installation dates. Deposits are applied toward the final balance and are non-refundable once materials are ordered, except where prohibited by law.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and site access for consultations, templating, and installation.
• Ensure that tile, plumbing, and other prerequisite work is completed and ready for glass installation.
• Protect surrounding surfaces and personal property in the work area prior to our arrival.
• Review final drawings and specifications for accuracy before fabrication.

Installation & Warranties

Installation dates are estimates and may shift due to supplier delays, site conditions, or safety concerns. We warrant our workmanship for one year from the installation date. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary. Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or structural movement is excluded.

Payments

Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum amount permitted by law. We reserve the right to withhold completion or materials if accounts become overdue.

Content on glass-showers.com, including images, logos, and copy, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute this material without prior written consent. Any third-party links are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, glass-showers.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
